A veteran of the industry, spanning 5 states and 2+ decades, Adam has been fortunate to work alongside the very best in the business. His Sommelier career has taken him from the Four Seasons to Thomas Keller and Michael Mina. He has worked with programs ranging from a "Grand Award" to curating and creating several "Best of'".
In his day job, you can find him at either of his Hotels in Yountville, California, where he helms the Director of Food & Beverage for both Bardessono and Hotel Yountville.
