Brian Phillips

Director of the wine strategy at Darden Restaurants, multi-brand restaurant operator headquartered in Orlando. Darden has more than 1,500 restaurant locations and more than 150,000 employees, making it the world's largest full-service restaurant company.  Brian chiefly oversees all aspects of the wine and beverage programs for The Capital Grille, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood and Seasons 52 restaurants to include continued training programs as Darden’s Certified Wine Educator and Advanced Sommelier.
